- Pink sweet potato1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Wash and peel the sweet potato.
- Pass through a mandolin or cut into thin slices.
- Place in a bowl and season with salt, paprika, oregano and rosemary.
- Drizzle with oil and mix in with your hands.
- Place in the airfryer at 180° for about 30 minutes, or until crispy, without burning. Keep stirring every 5 minutes.
