- Fresh peach palm pulp2 unit(s)
- Chopped fresh small Shitake2 unit(s)
- Chopped fresh Shimeji1/4 cup
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic1 coffee spoon
- Sour cream50 g
- Butter ghee1 teaspoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cut the hearts of palm in half lengthwise and remove the core. Grill in a skillet greased with olive oil for 2 minutes on each side. Reserve.
- In a pan heat the butter and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the mushrooms, salt, pepper and sauté until wilted.
- Add the cream and mix.
- Put everything in a blender or with a mix beat well until it's homogeneous.
- Put this mixture inside each piece of heart of palm and cover with the cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ÂșC for about 10 minutes until the cheese is finished cooking and browned.
