- Ricotta430 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Boiled and finely chopped spinach1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan1 cup
- Salt0 to taste
- Pepper0 to taste
- Wheat Flour3/4 cup
- Tomato sauce500 g
- Combine all ingredients (except tomato sauce) and mix well.
- Roll up the gnocchi and place in a baking dish - take it to freeze for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your airfreyr or oven and bake in the airfreyr for 15 minutes in the conventional oven for 25 minutes.
- Once they are lightly golden they are on point.
- Put some sauce on the bottom of the platter - put the gnocchi, cover with more sauce and sprinkle parmesan and serve next.
