- Soy protein1 cup
- Dried herbs1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Turmeric1 tablespoon
- Colorau1 tablespoon
- Spicy paprika1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1 coffee spoon
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Peeled Tomato (or chopped tomato)270 g
- Concentrated tomato paste2 tablespoon
- Shoyu1/4 cup
- Fresh Basil1/2 cup
- Water3 cup
- Coarsely grated Parmesan1 cup
- Saute garlic in oil
- Add the dry soy protein and let it fry for approximately 2 minutes, and add 1 cup of water.
- Then put the seasonings: salt, dried herbs, turmeric, paprika, hot paprika and black pepper.
- Mix well to involve all the seasonings and add the grated carrot, tomato and as much water as you need, tomato paste and soy sauce.
- Let it boil well until it gets well bodied.
- Finally add the basil leaves. When serving, finish with coarsely grated Parmesan.
