- Mayonnaise250 g
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Olive to taste
- Carrot2 unit(s)
- Potatoes4 unit(s)
- Quail Egg to taste
- Start by putting the carrots, potatoes and eggs to cook, if you prefer, add a little salt together.
- While the vegetables are cooking, put the quail eggs to cook in a different container (they are more delicate and get ready faster)
- Remove the eggs and place in the fridge, then see if the vegetables are at the desired consistency, if so, drain the vegetables and wait to cool.
- Once everything is cold, take a platter and cut the vegetables, cut the eggs (leave the quail eggs for decoration), add the olives and mayonnaise. Season as you like and mix everything very well.
- Serve chilled, with the eggs on top.
