  • Shimeji500 g
  • Shiitake500 g
  • Shoyu (Soy Sauce)5 tablespoon
  • Sake2 tablespoon
  • Finely chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Butter to taste
  • Salt and Prime to taste
  • Chives and parsley to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  1. In a frying pan put some oil and butter.
  2. Put the finely chopped onions with a pinch of salt so that it can release a little more of its flavor
  3. Then add the garlic and stir until golden.
  4. With the pan hot, add the mushrooms already cut and stir so they cook evenly.
  5. On low heat, add a small pinch of sugar so that it can be slightly caramelized.
  6. Put the soy sauce and mix
  7. Then add the sake and cook for about 2 minutes on low heat so the alcohol evaporates.
  8. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  9. Turn off the heat and add the chives and parsley to taste!
