- Tomato sauce1.5 cup
- Seasonings to taste
- Cut the peppers into cubes and sauté with olive oil, salt and a teaspoon of pepperoni (optional) for 5 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce and, with the help of a spoon, open a small hole in the sauce and place the egg. Repeat the process for the 4 eggs, placing one next to the other without overlapping.
- Season the eggs with a pinch of salt, cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes. If desired, serve with the herbs of your choice!
