Tomato sauce150 g
Olive oil1 teaspoon
Chopped red onion1 tablespoon
Chopped red pepper1 tablespoon
Yellow pepper1 tablespoon
Egg2 unit(s)
Salt and pepper to taste
Mozzarella cheese to taste

In a hot skillet with oil, sauté the onion and peppers.
Add the tomato sauce and as soon as the vegetables are raised, add the eggs, season with salt and pepper to taste, lower the heat and cover.
Cook for 5 minutes. Finish with cheese and green smell.
Serve with toast.
