- Chopped dried tomatoes4 unit(s)
- Dried Oregano to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Colonial cheese or grated mozzarella1/3 cup
- Heat a non-stick frying pan and sauté the dried tomatoes.
- Add the eggs, season with salt and pepper and stir only when they start to curdle.
- When the eggs are at the point of your liking, add the cheese and oregano and mix. Serve immediately.
