Mix of coarsely torn iceberg lettuce leaves10 unit(s)
Parmesan cheese shavings to taste
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Dijon mustard1 teaspoon
Filtered water1 dessert spoon
Sea salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

Prepare the salad dressing by emulsifying (mixing well until smooth) the oil, mustard and water, season with salt and pepper. Reserve.
On a platter of your choice, arrange the lettuce leaves, arrange the cucumber slices, tomatoes and cheese.
Finish with the mustard sauce on top and serve immediately.
