- Ripe SĂŁo Paulo pumpkin, peeled and cut into medium cubes4 cup
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Chopped green onion1 tablespoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- In a pan heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the pumpkin, salt and mix.
- Cook over low heat adding water little by little until it is cooked but still lumpy.
- Adjust the salt and finish with the onion.
