- Fine herbs to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella100 g
- Wash the potatoes well and chop them in the shape of a canoe without peeling.
- Season with the fine herbs the oil and salt. Mix well
- Take the Air Fryer to 180º for approximately 45 minutes by opening and shaking the basket every 10 minutes.
- Remove from the Air Fryer and finish with the mozzarella on top.
- serve hot
