- Mozzarella cheese150 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Start by grating the potatoes and salting. Let them release plenty of water, then wash and drain all the water with a cloth.
- Chop the mozzarella cheese or grate it if possible. Heat the frying pan, grease with butter and make a layer of potatoes, cover with the cheese and remember to leave space for the edges, cover with another layer of potatoes.
- Put a spoonful of butter over the potato and cover, when it starts to caramelize turn to the other side, cover again and let it caramelize. The fire cannot be too high.
- Once you take the point, remove from the fire and let it cool, it's ready to serve!
