- Shoyu1 tablespoon
- Softened butter1 teaspoon
- Finely chopped garlic clove1 unit(s)
- Fresh thyme to taste
- Loosen the shimeji pieces and place them in a baking dish.
- Season with the soy sauce, garlic and thyme.
- Mix the butter and bake in a preheated oven at 250ÂșC for about 10 minutes, until it is dry. Stir a few times during this time.
