  • Salt to taste
  • Saffron1 teaspoon
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes in half twice. Then take it to cook in water with salt and saffron for 10 minutes. Heat a nonstick skillet, add the butter, drain the potatoes and place in the skillet. Wait for the potatoes to brown on one side, turn to brown the other side (if you need to add more butter) and you're done! Finish with green smell to taste
