  • Raw brown rice1.1/2 cup
  • Natural yogurt1 cup
  • Coconut oil1/2 cup
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Coconut sugar or culinary sweetener1.1/2 cup
  • grated coconut50 g
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Ghee butter or coconut oil2 tablespoon
  • Coconut sugar or culinary sweetener3 tablespoon
  • Chopped walnuts70 g
  • Vanilla essence1 dessert spoon
  1. Place the rice in a bowl and cover with water. Leave to soak for 6 hours.
  2. After 6 hours, drain all the water.
  3. In a blender, blend the liquid ingredients.
  4. Then add the rice, sugar, coconut, and finally the yeast.
  5. Pour the dough in a central hole shape, greased and infarinhada.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
  7. For the syrup, mix the ghee, coconut milk, sugar, walnuts and vanilla.
  8. Bring to a boil and stir until thickened.
  9. Unmold the cake and pour the warm syrup on top.
