- Raw brown rice1.1/2 cup
- Natural yogurt1 cup
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Coconut sugar or culinary sweetener1.1/2 cup
- grated coconut50 g
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Ghee butter or coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Coconut sugar or culinary sweetener3 tablespoon
- Chopped walnuts70 g
- Vanilla essence1 dessert spoon
- Place the rice in a bowl and cover with water. Leave to soak for 6 hours.
- After 6 hours, drain all the water.
- In a blender, blend the liquid ingredients.
- Then add the rice, sugar, coconut, and finally the yeast.
- Pour the dough in a central hole shape, greased and infarinhada.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
- For the syrup, mix the ghee, coconut milk, sugar, walnuts and vanilla.
- Bring to a boil and stir until thickened.
- Unmold the cake and pour the warm syrup on top.
