Eggplant (depending on the size of the baking dish that will be used)2 unit(s)
Zucchini2 unit(s)
Red onion2 unit(s)
Tomato3 unit(s)
White cheese to taste

Cut all the vegetables into slices. Grease the pan with a little oil on the bottom.
Place the vegetables, alternating until the entire shape is filled. Then place the white cheese predation spaced between the vegetables.
Drizzle with plenty of olive oil and place some whole garlic, spread out. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°. Leave for around 30min. Until the vegetables are cooked.
