- Palm heart in natura cut into strips500 g
- Porto Belo Mushroom200 g
- Mushroom Paris200 g
- Onion to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Vegetable broth1 l
- Put the hearts of palm to cook for 40 minutes in the vegetable broth, I added saffron from the earth and spicy paprika in the water to give the pasta more color
- Sauté the onion, garlic and add the mushrooms of your choice, I used very little tomato sauce but you can also use cream at the end to give it creaminess
- Add the pasta while still hot to the sauce, finish with some herbs on top and serve.
