Palm heart in natura cut into strips500 g
Porto Belo Mushroom200 g
Mushroom Paris200 g
Onion to taste
Garlic to taste
Vegetable broth1 l

Put the hearts of palm to cook for 40 minutes in the vegetable broth, I added saffron from the earth and spicy paprika in the water to give the pasta more color
Sauté the onion, garlic and add the mushrooms of your choice, I used very little tomato sauce but you can also use cream at the end to give it creaminess
Add the pasta while still hot to the sauce, finish with some herbs on top and serve.
