  • Peeled Japanese pumpkin is cut into medium cubes750 g
  • Wheat for kebab2 cup
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Syrian Pepper1 teaspoon
  • Salt2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
  • Mint1/2 cup
  • Green smell1/2 cup
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  1. Season the pumpkin cubes with salt and garlic, drizzle with olive oil and bake until tender.
  2. Place the wheat in a bowl and cover with hot water and let it hydrate until all the water is gone.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well until smooth.
  4. Grease a platter with olive oil and spread the kibbeh dough, make superficial cuts, drizzle with olive oil and bake until golden.
  5. Serve warm with a salad.
