  • Oats2 tablespoon
  • Apricot2 unit(s)
  • Prunes, pitted2 cup
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Vanilla essence to taste
  • Sweetener to taste
  • Water1.5 cup
  1. Place the chopped fruit in a pan with the water, vanilla essence and cinnamon stick.
  2. Cook over medium heat until the fruit is soft.
  3. Add the oats and cook until the oats are soft. If necessary, add more water. Sweeten if necessary and to taste.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon when serving.
  5. Tip: to help with intestinal health, have a natural tea together. There are several options on my profile.
