  • Peruvian apple1 teaspoon
  • Chia seed1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seed1 teaspoon
  • Guarana Powder1 teaspoon
  • Dried blackberries. to taste
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for a few seconds.
  2. Serve with dried fruit on top to decorate.
  3. All of these ingredients are organic, sugar-free and natural. In the case of a heavy training, you can add 1 or 2 organic free-range eggs
