- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Wheat flour6/7 tablespoon
- Milk1 l
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Salt to taste
- At first, cut the onion into fillets and add it to a pan along with the margarine.
- Let the onion sauté and wither a little, then add the wheat flour, milk, a little parmesan and salt.
- Beat the 3 eggs off the heat and add to the pan with the other ingredients, still stirring off the heat.
- When everything is already homogeneous, leave it for about 1 min on the fire and turn off.
- Pour the contents of the pan into a refractory, distribute evenly and add the Parmesan on top, then bake until browned.
