- Milk500 ml
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Heat the oil and a little butter and touch up the onion.
- Add the chopped mushrooms and then the tomatoes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and let it cook.
- Heat the remaining butter and garlic in another pan.
- Add the flour and then the milk until it thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, nutmeg
- Add the grated cheese and let it cook for 5 minutes.
