- Boiled potatoes without skin300 g
- Heavy cream1 can(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- White pepper to taste
- Cook the unpeeled potatoes until they are very soft.
- Mash the potatoes with a masher or fork or use a ricer designed for them.
- In a pan, combine the mashed potatoes with Heavy cream and butter.
- Over low heat mix well until combined.
- Season with salt and white pepper (it doesn't leave black dots in the puree like black pepper).
