  • Fresh grated coconut100 g
  1. Blend the cassava and molasses in a food processor. Then add the coconut to the mixture with the mixer. The dough must be very firm.
  2. Heat the banana leaf on the stove to make it more pliable.
  3. Cut 15 x 15 cm squares and unravel a few strips for tying.
  4. Coke the filling halfway up the sheet, roll up and tie.
  5. Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until the banana leaf is lightly charred.
