- Fresh grated coconut100 g
- Blend the cassava and molasses in a food processor. Then add the coconut to the mixture with the mixer. The dough must be very firm.
- Heat the banana leaf on the stove to make it more pliable.
- Cut 15 x 15 cm squares and unravel a few strips for tying.
- Coke the filling halfway up the sheet, roll up and tie.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until the banana leaf is lightly charred.
