- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste

- Paprika1 teaspoon
- Chili Pepper1 coffee spoon
- Chopped Coriander to taste
- I started by soaking the beans for 2 hours, cooked them for 15 minutes with water and salt, drained the water and set aside.
- I peeled the pumpkin and chopped it, scraped the gherkin thorns with a knife and chopped them.
- In a frying pan I sauteed the garlic, onion and bell pepper in olive oil, added the beans and the chopped maxixes, added the spices, added water until covered, covered the pan and cooked for 15 minutes.
- I added the pumpkin and let it cook until it was very soft, turned off the heat and finished with chopped cilantro and pepper.
