- Frozen sour cream1 can(s)
- Dijon mustard2 tablespoon
- Tahiti lemon1 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- Olive oil20 ml
- Canola oil200 ml
- Garlic without the core1 unit(s)
- In a blender, beat the cold cream with the mustard, juice of one lemon, salt, garlic, pepper and olive oil for 20 seconds.
- Add some seasoning here if you want to flavor the mayonnaise like paprika, curry, cumin, among others. always in powder
- Put the blender on minimum power and add the oil in a stream.
- The mixture will start to change consistency.
- When it is firm to the point that the oil almost does not mix anymore, stop beating.
- Transfer your mayonnaise to a refractory and take it to the fridge, taste and retemper if necessary.
