  • Heart of palm peach palm in natura1 unit(s)
  • Sliced fresh Shitake3 unit(s)
  • Fresh Shimeji1/2 cup
  • Sour cream80 g
  • Chopped Onion1/3 cup
  • Whole milk50 ml
  • Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
  • Butter ghee1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Heat half the butter in a pan and brown the onion and garlic well.
  2. Add the rest of the butter and add the mushrooms, salt and pepper. Sauté.
  3. Add sour cream and milk and mix. When February starts hit the salt and turn off the fire.
  4. Blend the sauce in a blender or mixer until smooth. Reserve.
  5. Cut the heart of palm stalk into three parts and cook for 3 minutes in boiling water.
  6. Grill the hearts of palm in a non-stick pan greased with olive oil. Season with salt.
  7. Spread the sauce on a plate and accommodate the pieces of palm. Garnish with sautéed mushrooms, if desired.
