- Hot sauce of your choice, I used Dona Generosa Fogosa2 dessert spoon
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tablespoon
- Fine salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Mash the avocado well.
- Squeeze the lemon next, this keeps the avocado very green.
- Add the tomato, onion, fresh herbs, all finely chopped
- Add the salt, black pepper, olive oil and pepper sauce and mix well.
