- Milk2 cup
- Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- medium chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Steam the chuchu
- In a pan, place the onion to fry in butter or margarine, add the wheat flour and stir well.
- Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Add salt and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- In a roast, place the chayote, throw on top, the white sauce and cover with the cheese.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
- Serve immediately!
