- Milk500 ml
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
- In a pan, melt the butter and add the wheat flour to form a thickener. Add the milk little by little, stirring constantly until it forms a smooth and homogeneous cream. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Put little pieces of mozzarella cheese on the cooked cauliflower, cover with the white sauce and take it to the oven to gratin.
- Finish with green smell
