Gorgonzola risotto with walnuts

  • liter of vegetable broth1 l
  • Garlic and Onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt and Dried Herb Seasoning1 tablespoon
  • Dry white wine1/2 cup
  • Gorgonzola1 cup
  • Chopped walnuts1/3 cup
  • Parmesan1/2 cup
  • Butter50 g
  1. Heat a pan and brown the garlic and onion, taking care not to burn.
  2. Add the rice and let it sauté well and put the salt and dry seasoning of your preference.
  3. Add the white wine and stir some more.
  4. When the alcohol evaporates, add the vegetable broth a ladle at a time each time it dries up.
  5. Stir occasionally so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan, until it's soft, then add the gorgonzola and walnuts.
  6. Finally, add the Parmesan cheese and butter.
