  • Cooked Farfalle Granoduro Noodles400 g
  • Chopped Ripe Italian Tomatoes, Skinless and Seed500 g
  • Sliced medium garlic clove3 unit(s)
  • Fresh Basil to taste
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Pickled buffalo mozzarella to taste
  1. In a non-stick skillet, heat half the oil and brown the garlic (take care not to burn). Reserve.
  2. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and add the tomato, salt and pepper. Let it cook on low heat until it is well incorporated.
  3. Add the reserved garlic and a handful of basil. Cook for another 2 minutes and adjust the salt.
  4. Serve immediately with the cooked farfalle and garnish with halved buffalo mozzarella balls and basil leaves.
  5. Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and serve immediately.
