- Eggplant1 unit(s)
- Mushroom Paris1 cup
- Natural Yogurt200 mg
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Ketchup Zero2 tablespoon
- Black Pepper to taste
- Nos Moscada to taste
- Salt to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Put the onion to sauté and then add the garlic. When they are golden, place the chopped eggplant and mushroom in the pan. Saute until it is al dente.
- After making the sauté add the ketchup, natural yogurt and rosemary seasonings, black pepper, nutmeg and salt. Let it cook for a few minutes until it has a creamy consistency and it's ready to serve!
- This recipe can be served with white rice, french fries and salad.
