- Chopped green onions1/2 cup
- Oat flakes3/4 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add the eggplant and sauté until soft. Add the salt and chives and stir for another two minutes. Turn off the heat, add the oatmeal and water and stir.
- Place the mixture in a food processor and blend until it becomes more pasty. Book for 30 minutes. Make the meatballs with your hands, spread them out in a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. ..
