  • Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoon
  • medium chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • medium chopped red pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato Passata400 g
  • Cumin1/2 teaspoon
  • Dehydrated Oregano1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper flakes1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Red eggs3 unit(s)
  • Chopped Parsley to taste
  1. Saute onion in oil until translucent.
  2. Add the garlic and pepper and let it fry a little until the pepper starts to lose color.
  3. Add the passata and seasonings and mix well. Let the sauce reduce for about two minutes.
  4. Dimple the sauce, carefully place the eggs and cover the pan. Let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Finish with the chopped parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy your food!
