- Cut the cabbage into thin slices (1 to 2 cm approx.)
- Place them in a roasting pan greased with plenty of oil. Season with salt; Black pepper; coloral (to add a little color); pepperoni pepper (if you like a burning sensation); thyme or oregano. Lemon juice drops
