Creamy Polenta with Vegetables

Enquanto isso, prepare os ingredientes:
Pique a abobrinha em cubos medios, com a casca.
Corte o tomate cereja ao meio
Corte as bolinhas de muçarela de búfala ao meio (se usar a maior, corte em 4).
Esprema os dentes de alho.


Meanwhile, prepare the ingredients:
Cut the zucchini into medium cubes, with the skin.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half
Cut the buffalo mozzarella balls in half (if using the larger one, cut in 4).
Squeeze the garlic cloves.


Leve uma frigideira ao fogo, junte o azeite e refogue o alho. Adicione a abobrinha e vá refogando em fogo médio. (Não deixe o fogo baixo para não juntar água).


Take a skillet to the fire, add the oil and sauté the garlic. Add the zucchini and cook over medium heat. (Do not leave the heat low so as not to add water).


Quando a abobrinha estiver cozida, desligue, junte os tomates, a muçarela de búfala e o manjericão. Adicione mais um fio de azeite e reserve.

When the zucchini is cooked, turn it off, add the tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and basil. Add another drizzle of oil and set aside.

Adicione a polenta instantânea no caldo de legumes e cozinhe de acordo com as instruções da embalagem. (Geralmente 5 minutos). 
Adicione manteiga ou azeite para finalizar. 

Add the instant polenta to the vegetable stock and cook according to package directions. (Usually 5 minutes).
Add butter or oil to finish.

Coloque no prato e cubra com os vegetais.
