  • Porto Belo Mushrooms100 g
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 tablespoon
  • Tomato concass in cubes2 tablespoon
  • Basil to taste
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Onion to taste
  • Standard smoked Minas cheese to decorate to taste
  1. 500 ml of water and add the polenta, butter and oil and bring to a boil. Then put the parmesan, salt and pepper and mix in your hand.
