  • chopped firm pears2 unit(s)
  • Parmesan1 cup
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • White wine1 cup
  • Vegetable broth1 l
  • medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
  1. Put the vegetable broth on to heat. Heat a pan with the onion and butter, sauté the onion for 2 minutes and add the rice. Don't stop moving. When the rice starts to crackle, add the white wine and let it evaporate completely, stirring constantly. Start now to add the hot broth with the help of a ladle. Let it evaporate, always stirring well. Add the pears and add another ladle of broth. Repeat this process one more time and add 1/2 cup of the cheese. Let it evaporate a little and don't forget to stir all the time. Add one more ladle of broth and the rest of the cheese. Taste salt and pepper. Let the excess broth evaporate. And your super creamy risotto is ready. Serve hot. Good appetite 😋😋😋
