- Tomato sauce1/2 cup
- Chopped Parsley1/2 cup
- Vegetable broth2 cup

- Corn flour3 cup
- Boiled eggs cut in half3 unit(s)
- Sliced Tomato1 unit(s)
- In a pan, heat two tablespoons of olive oil and sauté the onion, bell pepper, peas and corn.
- Add the tomato sauce to the parsley and mix well.
- Add the vegetable broth and bring to a boil - season with salt and pepper, mix well and lower the heat.
- Put the flour little by little and stir non-stop until it disapproves from the bottom of the pan, it needs to be moist.
- Grease the baking dish and decorate with tomatoes, peas, corn, eggs and olives.
- Place the couscous dough in the decorated baking dish and wait to cool down before unmolding.
- Develop and serve drizzled with olive oil.
