  • Frozen peas1/2 cup
  • Corn1/2 cup
  • Tomato sauce1/2 cup
  • Chopped Parsley1/2 cup
  • Vegetable broth2 cup
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Black pepper0 to taste
  • Corn flour3 cup
  • Boiled eggs cut in half3 unit(s)
  • Sliced Tomato1 unit(s)
  1. In a pan, heat two tablespoons of olive oil and sauté the onion, bell pepper, peas and corn.
  2. Add the tomato sauce to the parsley and mix well.
  3. Add the vegetable broth and bring to a boil - season with salt and pepper, mix well and lower the heat.
  4. Put the flour little by little and stir non-stop until it disapproves from the bottom of the pan, it needs to be moist.
  5. Grease the baking dish and decorate with tomatoes, peas, corn, eggs and olives.
  6. Place the couscous dough in the decorated baking dish and wait to cool down before unmolding.
  7. Develop and serve drizzled with olive oil.
