Corn croquette with guava paste

  • Wheat Flour300 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
  • Spicy paprika1 teaspoon
  • Cumin Powder1 teaspoon
  • Whole milk (corn measure)2 can(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Guava200 g
  • Sunflower oil500 ml
  1. In the blender mix: corn, milk, salt, cumin, spicy paprika and parmesan cheese
  2. Beat everything very well
  3. Transfer the mixture to a medium saucepan, mix over low heat.
  4. Add the butter and wheat flour little by little, stir well until it incorporates and releases from the bottom of the pan.
  5. Transfer to a refractory and let it cool
  6. Meanwhile, cut the guava paste into small cubes, melt it with 1/2 cup of water and a pinch of salt.
