- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Spicy paprika1 teaspoon
- Cumin Powder1 teaspoon
- Whole milk (corn measure)2 can(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Guava200 g
- Sunflower oil500 ml
- In the blender mix: corn, milk, salt, cumin, spicy paprika and parmesan cheese
- Beat everything very well
- Transfer the mixture to a medium saucepan, mix over low heat.
- Add the butter and wheat flour little by little, stir well until it incorporates and releases from the bottom of the pan.
- Transfer to a refractory and let it cool
- Meanwhile, cut the guava paste into small cubes, melt it with 1/2 cup of water and a pinch of salt.
- When melted, transfer to a refractory and set aside
