- Chickpeas2 cup
- Palm to taste
- Curry3 tablespoon
- Fine herbs to taste
- Coconut Oil1 cup
- Pressure cook the chickpeas for ten minutes. PS: I used the chickpeas that come pre-cooked and without skin under vacuum, if you choose to do the entire cooking process, the recipe may take longer.
- Sauté the coconut oil, curry and fine herbs in a pan, stirring well so as not to burn the bottom. Keep on low heat until it starts to boil slightly.
- Add the already chopped hearts of palm and the chickpeas and continue stirring until the broth thickens a little. Serve immediately.
