  • Palm to taste
  • Curry3 tablespoon
  • Fine herbs to taste
  • Coconut Oil1 cup
  1. Pressure cook the chickpeas for ten minutes. PS: I used the chickpeas that come pre-cooked and without skin under vacuum, if you choose to do the entire cooking process, the recipe may take longer.
  2. Sauté the coconut oil, curry and fine herbs in a pan, stirring well so as not to burn the bottom. Keep on low heat until it starts to boil slightly.
  3. Add the already chopped hearts of palm and the chickpeas and continue stirring until the broth thickens a little. Serve immediately.
