Cherry Tomato Risotto with Basil

  • Arborio rice2 cup
  • Vegetable broth4 cup
  • White wine125 ml
  • cherry tomato20 unit(s)
  • Basil to taste
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese60 g
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut the garlic cloves into slices and sauté in butter.
  2. Add rice and saute in garlic.
  3. Add the wine and mix.
  4. Add the halved tomatoes.
  5. Now add the vegetable broth little by little, always stirring with a spoon until the rice is cooked.
  6. Finally, turn off the heat and add the chopped basil, the grated cheese and adjust the salt.
  7. When serving, garnish with cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
