- Arborio rice2 cup
- Vegetable broth4 cup
- White wine125 ml
- cherry tomato20 unit(s)
- Basil to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese60 g
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Cut the garlic cloves into slices and sauté in butter.
- Add rice and saute in garlic.
- Add the wine and mix.
- Add the halved tomatoes.
- Now add the vegetable broth little by little, always stirring with a spoon until the rice is cooked.
- Finally, turn off the heat and add the chopped basil, the grated cheese and adjust the salt.
- When serving, garnish with cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
