- Gorgonzola cheese150 g
- Cut the lid off the bread and remove all the crumbs.
- Melt the cheese fondue together with the gorgonzola cheese and place it inside the bread while it is still warm.
- Serve with your favorite accompaniments. I used breadsticks, rustic potatoes, tomato confit, boiled broccoli and guava.
