Cauliflower in white sauce and gratin mozzarella

- Butter1 tablespoon
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Milk250 ml
- Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella150 g
- After cooking the cauliflower with just water, reserve it.
- In the pan, melt the butter, add the processed onion and cilantro and brown (or if you prefer, you can just grate the onion and chop the cilantro). Add the wheat flour, mix well until it becomes a dough. Put the milk, salt and the curd and mix with a fouet until it becomes a homogeneous sauce.
- On the platter, forre with the cauliflower, cover with the white sauce and finish with the mozzarella and oregano. Put it in the oven. To get really golden, I gratin with the blowtorch 😋
