Cozinhe a couve flor em água já com sal e orégano. 

Cook the cauliflower in water with salt and oregano.

Depois de pronta coloque em tabuleiro e reserve. 

Once ready, place on a tray and set aside.

Jogue o molho branco por cima da couve flor.

Pour the white sauce over the cauliflower.

Bake in the oven until the cheese is golden.
