- Peel and grate the carrot
- Leave the grated carrots in a large deep vat
- add the salt
- After that, squeeze all the juice, leaving as much as possible without the liquid that comes out of the carrot.
- In a sauce pan, sauté the garlic, onion, tomato and pepper, adding seasonings to taste.
- Pour the sautéed into the already squeezed carrot, mix the sautéed well
